Please note the following for your reservation:
- To reserve, a 50% deposit of the tour price is required upfront. The remaining balance is due before the tour begins.
- The remaining 50% balance can be paid in cash, but only in Colombian Pesos (COP).
- Please attach your payment receipt in the form below.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
If the tour is canceled more than 48 hours before the scheduled start time, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour.
